Position Highlights
POSITION SUMMARY: Receives patients and visitors to Outpatient, Emergency and Clinic Services. Responsible for maintaining patient flow, scheduling appointments, forwarding appropriate phone calls, registering patients, upgrading demographic and general clerical duties. Will act as cashier and perform other finance office duties.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of medical billing and collection practices. At least 1 year Medical Office experience required, including patient types and insurance billing.
Knowledge of Excel, email, and financial billing systems required.
