• Salary: $19 – $23 per hour

We are looking for a Veterinary Assistant to support our goal of creating healthier lives for our patients and their families.

We are a team-oriented, friendly practice that works hard to provide compassionate care to our clients and community. We work closely with two phenomenal rescues, C.L.A.W.S and Petresq to help serve neighboring towns.

As an experienced veterinary Assistant, you already know what it takes to be a successful veterinary professional. Some of the key skills that we are looking for with this particular opportunity include: These could include the following:

• Vaccine knowledge
• Animal restraint
• Preventative care knowledge
• Medication dispensing and administering
• Obtaining a complete patient history and maintaining treatment records
• Surgical experience (prep, monitoring, recovery, etc.)

This is a full-time position for an experienced (at least 2 years) veterinary assistant.
