Dispatcher for Ready Mix Concrete Operation

Concrete Truck Dispatcher - Full Time

Kienstra Ready Mix Concrete, located in St. Louis, MO and the surrounding metropolitan area, has an opening for a Full Time Concrete Dispatcher.

Concrete Dispatchers for our company assist construction contractors with ordering quality ready mix concrete and route mixer trucks from our plant locations. Our dispatchers work together as a team to ensure our customers are provided excellent service.

Candidates for this position should have prior experience in the concrete and construction industry assisting customers with product orders. It is helpful (but not mandatory) that candidates be familiar with concrete applications and mix designs as well as being able to assist customers with calculating material quantities for orders. Candidates should also have logistics experience routing trucks and possess comprehensive knowledge of the streets of the St. Louis Regional areas.

Requirements -

* Prior experience in the concrete and construction industry assisting customers with product orders

* You must have reliable means to arrive to work as scheduled.

* High school education or higher

* Good communication skills and a great attitude

* Ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of customers and company employees

* Ability to work independently in a fast paced team environment

* Outgoing and reliable

* Good computer skills

* Detailed oriented

* Ability to multi-task

* Ability to handle multiple phone and radio calls along with providing quality customer service
