BSA is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our marketing team. This position plays a vital role in leading and supporting pursuit-related efforts, including proposals, presentations, and collateral that align with our brand. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in deadline-driven environments.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with principals, design leaders, and pursuit teams to support the RFP/RFQ response process by guiding timelines, contributing to strategy and messaging, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Assist with client and pursuit-specific research, including gathering insight on decision-makers, client missions, and values.
Create compelling, brand-aligned collateral using approved templates and standards.
Ensure consistent use of BSA's visual identity across all pursuit materials.
Collaborate with firmwide studios and regional teams to coordinate and execute proposals.
Maintain pursuit tracking systems including CRM updates

Education and Experience:

Educational Background: Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related field, strong writing, editing & desktop publishing skills required.
Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop
- Microsoft Teams environment, including Co-Pilot, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Large Language Models (LLM's), familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with a sense of ownership
