As the Partner Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Partner Operations function, ensuring the efficient administration of Introducing Brokers (IBs), partner onboarding, MLM structures, rebates, commission plans, campaigns, FXBO CRM configurations, and partner operational support. 

The role is responsible not only for team performance, but also for optimizing workflows, improving operational efficiency, strengthening operational controls, reducing process bottlenecks, supporting automation initiatives, and ensuring that team capacity is effectively utilized to meet business objectives and service-level expectations.


Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage the Partner Operations team, ensuring partner onboarding, CRM configurations, commission structures, rebates, campaigns and operational requests are completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed SLAs  
  • Monitor daily operational queues, prioritize workload and allocate requests based on business priority, complexity and team capacity
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex partner onboarding, MLM structures, hierarchy changes, commission calculations, rebate disputes, CRM configurations and operational issues
  • Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Payments, Product, CRM and Technology teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and operational support
  • Oversee the investigation and resolution of rebate and commission queries, ensuring calculations are validated against approved commercial terms, trading activity, campaign rules, hierarchy structures and CRM configuration, and coordinate corrective actions where required 
  • Oversee institutional partner operational activities in line with approved processes and stakeholder handoffs
  • Ensure partner agreements, CRM records and operational configurations are maintained accurately following the required approvals  
  • Monitor workload distribution, team utilization and capacity, recommending resource allocation and workforce planning improvements 
  • Develop team capability through coaching, performance management, succession planning and cross-training to reduce dependency on specialist knowledge.  
  • Establish, monitor and report on operational KPIs, SLAs, backlog, quality, productivity and service performance 
  • Identify operational risks, recurring issues and process bottlenecks, leading root-cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and scalability 
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, operational controls and audit standards
  • Own the development and maintenance of Partner Operations SOPs, process documentation, operational controls and training material 
  • Lead periodic quality assurance and configuration audits covering partner hierarchies, commission groups, rebates, campaigns and other material partner settings
  • Prepare and present management reports on team performance, operational capacity, SLA achievement and continuous improvement initiatives


Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Back Office Operations, CRM Administration, IB Operations, or similar roles within Forex, CFD, Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech
  • Previous experience leading or supervising operational teams  
  • Strong understanding of FXBO CRM, Introducing Broker structures, MLM configurations, rebates, commission plans, campaigns, markups, partner onboarding, and operational controls 
  • Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, workload distribution, capacity planning, and operational performance
  • Proven experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, automation initiatives, and operational transformation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent leadership, people management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive operational excellence and change
