QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and safe food handling practices acquired through culinary experience or formal training preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Prepare menu items to order in accordance with recipes, plating standards, and portion control guidelines
- Maintain prep and organization for assigned station using daily line inventories
- Perform a variety of cooking and preparation techniques, including grilling, sautƩing, frying, baking, roasting, and basic knife work
- Prepare stocks, soups, sauces, proteins, vegetables, and starches using standard recipes
- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in kitchen, storage, and waste areas
- Assist with banquet and event preparation as needed
- Support kitchen leadership and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and timely ticket execution
- Operate within established company policies, safety standards, and TPC Brand Standards
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Pay Range: $19-24/hr
