PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
ā MINIMUM of 2 - 4 years of Clinical Experience, post-residency
ā DDS or DMD from an accredited university, active CT license in good standing, and active/in process DEA license
ā Proficient in Extractions a plus
ā Root Canal experience preferred
ā Ethical patient-centric provider
ā Coachable, Team-Oriented
ā Great work ethic, motivated for success
