This position works at an Alluma office located in Crookston, MN. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals and practitioners, learning and growing in your experience and career.  As a mental health practitioner, Alluma offers clinical supervision to support your growth and ongoing success as a mental health provider. We provide board-certified supervisors for Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Counseling. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group skill services to children, primarily ages 7-11 years old. Engage with families to support treatment planning, communication, and coordination of care. Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and administration to support students’ overall development and progress toward goals. Create and implement interventions focused on emotional regulation, behavioral dysregulation, social functioning difficulties, trauma related symptoms, and family/environmental stressors. This will be done fully with a team including the mental health therapist provider. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with organizational and licensing standards. Help us create brighter futures for children by supporting their mental health, one child at a time.  What We’re Looking For: A bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field or qualified experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with mental illness. (Please reach out if you have questions on your qualified experience). Licensure or license eligibility in the state of Minnesota (Alluma does require an LSW for bachelor’s degree in social work). Experience or passion for working with children and families in a school-based or clinical setting. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.  Qualifications Relevant coursework by completing at least 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in Behavioral Sciences or related fields and having at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with mental illness, substance use disorder, etc. Qualified through work experience 4,000 hours of experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with mental illness, substance use disorder, etc. Must pass a criminal background check through MN DHS NetStudy. Access to a personal vehicle and the ability and willingness to use the vehicle in carrying out the position’s responsibilities. Valid driver’s license and insurable under the agency’s automobile insurance policy. Free from substance use problems for no less than 2 years.
