Job DetailsJob Location: W.A.F. - Crookston - Crookston, MN 56716Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $24.00 - $35.00 Hourly CNC Set Up Technician WAF – Crookston | Where Precision Meets Opportunity Are you the person everyone calls when a CNC machine isn't running quite right? WAF – Crookston is looking for an experienced CNC Set Up Technician to join our Machine Shop team. This is a highly skilled, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for setting up CNC equipment, troubleshooting machining issues, and ensuring quality parts are produced safely and efficiently. This role will train on the day shift and eventually transfer to 3rd shift.  What You'll Do Set up CNC mills and lathes for production runs. Install tooling, fixtures, and program offsets. Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Perform first-piece inspections and make necessary adjustments. Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to minimize downtime. Work closely with operators to ensure quality and productivity goals are achieved. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Help drive continuous improvement throughout the Machine Shop.
