Job DetailsJob Location: Crookston, MN 56716Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeSalary Range: $25.00 - $29.00 HourlyAbout the Role As a Partner in Wellbeing, the Housing Intervention Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating assigned homeless grants in our six-county area for the length of the grants. This position requires strong outreach, networking, and relationship-building skills that will allow them to work with partner agencies, area housing, and area community partner agencies.   Essential Responsibilities Implements the coordination of assigned grants, renewals, or reporting to include maintenance of spreadsheet tracking for Homeless Prevention in our six-county area. Facilitates the onboarding, administrative supervision, and mentoring of Housing Intervention Staff in collaboration with the Housing Intervention Program Manager and staff. This includes being an identified super user in Credible, HMIS, and other software systems utilized by DHS or granting authorities. Primary in billing, grant reporting, and preparation of financial reports, preparation of materials, and coordination. Authorizes and submits payment for grant-funded activities. Assists with SMI/SUD eligibility for new referrals in the Manager’s absence. Organizes/updates housing resource information into an electronic depository of housing resource information that can be distributed to agency staff and partner organizations. Communicates with partner agencies, area housing, motels/hotels, and restaurants as appropriate for utilization of grant funds. Participates in area committee meetings or special projects as determined by the Housing Intervention Program Manager. Maintains a caseload of clients, providing direct services to individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness from outreach to after-housing case management. Performs additional duties as assigned or requested. QualificationsRequired Education, Certification, and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Demonstrates ability to retrieve, organize, and present large volumes of complex data as required, meeting program and financial reporting requirements. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Must pass a criminal background check through MH DHS NetStudy. Access to a personal vehicle and the ability and willingness to use the vehicle in carrying out position responsibilities. Valid driver’s license and insurable under the agency’s automobile insurance policy. Free from substance use problems for no less than 2 years.
