If you're looking for a career where your work truly matters, we invite you to join us at CRMC and be part of something bigger.     A Day in the Life of an LPN/CMA Oncology This role provides direct clinical support to physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurses by preparing patients for visits, collecting health information, assisting with procedures, and helping ensure efficient clinic flow. The work takes place in a fast-paced oncology clinic where compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities are essential while caring for patients facing complex health challenges. Responsibilities also include supporting medication reconciliation, preparing prior authorization documentation, maintaining accurate electronic health records, stocking exam rooms, and protecting patient confidentiality. Success in this position depends on strong communication and close collaboration with providers, nurses, and other staff to promptly address patient needs, relay concerns, and support coordinated care.
