How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Technician II, you’ll help keep our customers moving by making sure their material handling equipment is safe, reliable, and ready to work. Whether you’re at a customer site or in the shop, you’ll use your technical experience and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, make quality repairs, and get equipment back on the job.
You’ll also be someone customers and teammates can count on—putting safety first, taking ownership of your work, and representing SitePro with pride.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment across gas, diesel, LP, and electric systems, including engines, transmissions, hydraulics, brakes, steering, electrical, lifting systems, and other major components.
Troubleshoot problems and perform inspections to identify failures, safety concerns, and maintenance needs, completing rebuilds, repairs, basic welding, and preventive maintenance as needed.
Work safely and take care of the details by following proper blocking, chocking, and equipment-handling procedures; maintaining accurate service records, parts and supplies, and a safe, clean company vehicle.
Strengthen the team by completing required training and certifications, participating in safety meetings, supporting our Safety-First culture, and helping Service leadership bring great people onto the team.

What You’ll Bring
3+ years of forklift repair or related industry experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment with confidence.
A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; mechanical or trade school training and Hyster-Yale technician certifications are preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills, along with experience using precision measuring instruments; welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
The ability to lift up to 75 pounds, furnish your own tools, travel to customer sites, work in a shop environment, and participate in a 24/7 on-call schedule as needed.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us
Work with people who have your back. Safety, integrity, teamwork, and taking care of people aren’t just talking points here—they’re how we work.
Build a career you can be proud of. You’ll keep developing your technical skills while doing meaningful, hands-on work that customers depend on.
Be part of something built to last. SitePro combines a close-knit team culture with the stability and opportunities of the Sammons Industrial family.
