As a locally owned and operated home care agency, Advantage PCA and Senior Care proudly serves children, adults and seniors with personalized and professional in-home support. We're expanding our team and seeking caring, reliable caregivers who are committed to providing exceptional care.

We are currently hiring in the Crosslake Area for a weekly schedule of Tuesday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Position Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will assist individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and personal choice.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, mobility support, transfers, positioning, and meal assistance
• Encouraging social engagement, companionship, and emotional well-being
• Assisting with household responsibilities including meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Supporting clients with behavior management, supervision, redirection, and goal-oriented activities when needed
• Monitoring client safety and providing appropriate support throughout daily routines
• Maintaining accurate communication regarding changes in a client's condition, needs, or behavior
• Protecting client privacy and adhering to company policies and procedures
• Creating a supportive, respectful, and person-centered environment that promotes independence and self-determination

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to provide compassionate and professional care
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and follow individualized service plans
• Dependable, responsible, and committed to client well-being
