As an essential member of our veterinary team, you’ll help support daily hospital operations while building meaningful relationships with clients and their pets.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer phones and handle calls efficiently using a multi-line phone system
  • Schedule appointments and help maintain an effective daily schedule
  • Receive, relay, and document client communication through phone, email, text, and fax
  • Process invoices and accurately handle payment transactions
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information within Cornerstone and DemandForce
  • Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and client education
  • Communicate doctor recommendations clearly and empathetically to clients
  • Support front desk organization, cleanliness, and overall hospital workflow
  • Help maintain a positive and respectful reception environment for clients and team members alike

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
