At CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana, our Production Manager is first and foremost a people leader. This role is responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, scheduling, and leading our field team of painters, job site supervisors, and subcontractors while ensuring every project is delivered with exceptional quality and customer care.

Success in this role is built on strong relationships, clear communication, accountability, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard painters, job site supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field team.
  • Build strong relationships with crews through regular communication, support, and accountability.
  • Schedule projects and assign the right teams to deliver efficient, high-quality results.
  • Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with customers, sales, and office staff to ensure a seamless project experience.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
