- Complete all required training courses and exams for the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) and State of Indiana to obtain a primary radon measurement license
- In conjunction with the owner of business and other employees, perform installations of radon mitigation and other complementary environmental products in homes and other structures throughout greater NWI
- All installations to be completed following system designs that meet or exceed AARST/ANSI installation requirements
- Be physically capable of SAFELY completing tasks including, but not limited to: carrying and climbing ladders, accessing crawlspaces and attics, climbing to and walking on roofs, etc.
- Comfort with or ability to learn basic electrical skills as it relates to installation requirements
- Ability to use concrete coring tools, fit PVC piping, and use other miscellaneous power tools
- Adherence to all NWI Radon & Environmental, National Radon Defense, NRPP, and State of Indiana brand standards, operating standards, and licensing standards
- Self-motivated, good communication skills, and ability to interact well with clients
- Perform all duties and expectations with a positive attitude and accommodating manner
- Always maintain customer satisfaction standards before, during, and after all client interactions and installations
- Must complete company paid/reimbursed initial and continuing education as required
