Social Worker Opportunity:
Salary: $82,000-$118,000, DOEÂ
$50,000 Sign On Bonus Available!
- Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday schedule
- Provide direct support and case management services to assigned clients
- The Social Worker will monitor and improve the patient experience by focusing on quality, timeliness, and continuity of care
Social Worker Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Social Worker (LICSW candidates are highly favored)
- Background in hospital setting is preferred, but not required
