Requirements
We Are Looking for Candidates Who:
  • Excel in customer service and enjoy helping people
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Communicate clearly and professionally—both verbally and in writing
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Can handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and problem-solving
  • Are dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as on a team
  • Have basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry; CRM experience a plus)
  • Can maintain accuracy while handling scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks
  • Are comfortable making outbound calls for collections or customer follow-up
  • Are eager to learn, take direction well, and grow their skills through training
  • Have previous customer service or office administration experience
  • Do not need a college degree

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A Day in the Life)
In this key role, you will support daily office operations and deliver exceptional customer service by:
  • Organizing and dispatching service and delivery calls
  • Handling incoming customer calls and walk-ins; resolving issues and delivering outstanding service
  • Coordinating in-home appointments and installations with the Sales department
  • Assisting with inventory management and control
  • Preparing reports related to cash flow, billing, sales, and service operations
  • Making proactive customer calls for past-due collections and other revenue-generating activities
  • Supporting dealership operations through strong communication and administrative accuracy
  • Participating in formal training designed to support your long-term career growth
