JOB SUMMARYÂ
ESSENTIAL DUTIESÂ
Set up for daily service including dishware, glassware, silverware, linens and other amenities according to daily procedures and Restaurant General Manager’s direction. Â
Serve food & alcohol within the laws of the Washington State Liquor & Cannabis Board and Washington State Health Department.Â
Provide attentive, courteous, and professional service in accordance with company hospitality standardsÂ
Greet guests promptly, introduce self, and establish rapport to create a welcoming dining experienceÂ
Recommend appetizers, beverages, desserts, specials, and add-ons in a guest-focused mannerÂ
Maintain consistent table presence through appropriate check-backs and pacing of coursesÂ
Accurately enter guest orders into POS systems, including all modifications, dietary restrictions, and timing requestsÂ
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and potential modificationsÂ
Demonstrate and communicate food and beverage menu knowledge including ingredients, modifications, allergens for standard and special items to provide informed suggestions to enhance guest satisfactionÂ
Answer guest questions accurately or seek clarification from kitchen or management when neededÂ
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout serviceÂ
Monitor guest satisfaction indicators such as pacing, refills, and course completionÂ
Deliver correct items to correct guests using proper service etiquetteÂ
Verify condiments, accompaniments, and modifications are provided as requestedÂ
Maintain accuracy in bill presentation and payment processingÂ
Handle payment transactions accurately and in compliance with company proceduresÂ
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, expo, hosts, and support team to ensure smooth service flowÂ
Assist with side work, opening/closing duties, and service preparation tasksÂ
Maintain punctual attendance, uniform standards, and workplace professionalismÂ
Develop and maintain an organizational culture, values and reputation with staff, and guests. Â
Ensure a positive, harmonious, compliant, and cooperative work environment.  Â
Act as a representative of Crystal Mountain with guests & community members. Â

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTSÂ
Must hold a valid M.A.S.T. Class 12 or 13 Permit (Washington state serving license) Â
Must hold a valid Washington Food Worker Card (Health & Food Safety)Â
Minimum 2 years professional experience in Food and BeverageÂ
Basic knowledge of P.O.S. systems. Â

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONSÂ
This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation.Â
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 30 pounds on an occasional basis.Â
Able to manipulate a full-size keg of beer (~160 pounds)Â
Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis.Â
Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis.Â
Ability to work for extended periods of time bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.Â
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis.Â
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees. Â
