How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support teams and supervisors in achieving top-tier HSSE performance.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate, customer, and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and routine safety walkthroughs.

  • Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis efforts.

  • Track, follow up, and close corrective actions.

  • Promote safety awareness through training and campaigns.

  • Participate in daily meetings and shift handovers to ensure alignment.

  • Share ideas that improve HSSE programs and strengthen safety culture.

Your Background

  • HSSE field experience preferred, or at least 2 years in a manufacturing role with safety involvement.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Organized, self‑driven, and proactive in identifying improvements.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools.

  • Willing to travel up to 10% and work 2nd shift.

  • Bonus: HSE certifications and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills and First Aid, CPR, or EMT training.
