Job DetailsJob Location: Cullman Regional Medical Center - Cullman, AL 35056Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayJob Category: Health CareJob Summary:         Perform courier/liaison duties and general errands/tasks, such as accepting and delivering lab specimens/reports to laboratory or client, successfully managing time and distances. May include weekend/night coverage as needed.     Assist in front desk, phlebotomy duties, and outpatient workflow.       Collect chain of custody urine drug screens and breathalyzer tests, as needed.     Manage stock of laboratory requisitions and storeroom supplies.     Operate and maintain the company vehicle in accordance with manufacturer's specification; promptly report vehicle problems to laboratory management to prevent downtime.     Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.       Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.      QualificationsEducation:                 High school diploma or equivalent required. Phlebotomy certification required.                   Experience:                 Lab/Phlebotomy/Courier experience.                  Additional Skills/Abilities:                 Valid driver's license, clear driving record, and basic computer skills required. Must have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, remain calm under stress, and communicate effectively.
