Commercial Roofing / Roofer

Commercial Roofer with 2 years of experience or more. TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam, Shingles, Built Up, Modified Bitumen, and Coatings. You do not have to have experience at all. But a minimum of 2 years in one or multiples of those fields of work. Must be commercial roofing experience. This position is for small production projects and commercial service work. Additional training is offered to assist with advancement. This is a full time position. Seeking individuals that would like to have the opportunity to turn a job into a career.

Job Responsibilities:
The following are expectations of our employees in this position:

• Deliver a quality roof using standardized work
• Solve problems as they occur
• Keep work area in 5S standard
• Safely perform standardized work
• Continuously improve the process
• Be at the job every scheduled day.
• Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible

Must have a Valid Drivers License. Must be able to pass a background check, Must have transportation to the office(s). Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the commercial roofing field.

Compensation:

A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate ($22-$34/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills), along with the benefits listed below:
