This role ensures assets are properly tracked from onboarding through maintenance and retirement, with strong ownership of asset data quality, inventory controls, audit readiness, and process discipline. You will partner closely with Data Center Operations, Facilities, Logistics, Procurement, and technical stakeholders to ensure asset visibility and operational continuity at scale.

• Own end-to-end asset lifecycle management, including asset onboarding, tracking, transfers, audits, and decommissioning.
• Maintain accurate records for facility, infrastructure, and operational assets within CMMS, ERP, or other asset management systems.
• Drive asset data integrity by enforcing standards for tagging, classification, documentation, and system updates.
• Partner with site operations, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely intake, reconciliation, and availability of critical assets and spare parts.
• Conduct regular asset audits and inventory validations to ensure compliance, reduce discrepancies, and maintain audit readiness.
• Monitor asset health, utilization, and status trends, identifying gaps, risks, or process breakdowns that may impact operations.
• Support maintenance and operational teams by ensuring asset records align with equipment configuration, maintenance history, and site requirements.
• Develop and improve asset management workflows, controls, and reporting mechanisms to support scale, consistency, and operational efficiency.
