Schedule: Full-Time (Seasonal Overtime as Needed)

Summary:

Responsible for maintaining exterior grounds, landscaping, irrigation systems, and snow and ice removal operations.

Requirements:

• Grounds maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems.
• Experience with snow removal preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Duties:

• Maintain landscaped areas.
• Operate mowing and trimming equipment.
• Perform seasonal planting and pruning.
• Remove snow and ice.
• Maintain irrigation systems.
• Inspect exterior grounds.
