Place of Performance: Library of Congress Packard Campus, 19053 Mt. Pony Road, Culpeper, VA 22701
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (On-call as required)

Summary:

Ladgov Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a comprehensive facilities management and maintenance contract supporting the Library of Congress Packard Campus. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact with the Government and provide leadership for all operational, maintenance, staffing, quality control, and contract administration activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing commercial or government facilities maintenance contracts.
  • Experience supervising multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Duties:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Government and contract personnel.
  • Manage daily operations and ensure contract compliance.
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, subcontractors, and resources.
  • Monitor contract performance, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Review maintenance reports, quality inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and contractual requirements.
