Description
We’re looking for a critical thinker and collaborative team player who can quickly develop a deep understanding of the Business Affairs organization, including its operations, culture, policies, and processes. You’ll also maintain organized electronic and physical files and ensure information is readily accessible and accurately maintained. Beyond core administrative responsibilities, you’ll support the team by preparing and maintaining organizational and informational materials, reviewing and proofreading documents, synthesizing information, creating presentations and correspondence, and helping executives stay focused on the highest-priority business objectives. Success in this role requires someone who is highly proactive, intellectually curious, exceptionally organized, and comfortable operating with ambiguity. You should be someone who takes ownership, exercises sound judgment, communicates effectively, and consistently looks for ways to make the team more efficient and effective.
