As a Delivery Manager on the Global Series Delivery team, you'll own the end-to-end delivery pipeline for Amazon MGM Studios' series — originals, co-productions, and acquisitions — managing schedules, technical specs, and QC from locked cut through launch.
This isn't a "set it and forget it" role. You'll partner directly with Post Production, Localization, and Marketing teams, making smart trade-offs when timelines get tight and finding creative solutions to keep projects moving.
We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, communicates with confidence across creative and executive teams, and is energized by increasing scope and responsibility.
Key job responsibilities
• Own the full delivery lifecycle for assigned series — from locked cut stage through final QC, and archival — ensuring every deadline is met
• Audit post-production deliverables throughout all phases, ensuring assets conform to technical specifications and naming conventions, while tracking down missing or non-conforming materials.
• Negotiate delivery schedules and manage vendor relationships with external/internal partners, holding all parties accountable to timelines and quality standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Distribution, Post Production, Localization, Marketing, and Media Services to drive initiatives and align priorities.
• Surface risks early and remove blockers - escalating technical or operational issues before they threaten release windows and proposing actionable trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and workflow guides to support team scalability and knowledge transfer.
• Drive process innovation by exploring new technologies and championing AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility — while shaping delivery specifications to keep pace with evolving formats and platform requirements.
A day in the life
On any given day, you'll be managing multiple series in parallel — each at a different stage of the delivery pipeline. The pace is fast, the stakes are high, and no two days look the same.
As our content slate grows, so does this role: you'll have the opportunity to shape how delivery works at scale and grow your scope alongside the studio.
