Description


The Original Content Legal & Studio Affairs team is responsible for the full range of legal work for the acquisition, production, and distribution of television and movies. The successful candidate will be a diligent and dedicated counselor who can give concise, practical legal advice under tight deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications


10-15 years relevant experience. Portfolio management and strategy of content related assets. Extensive knowledge of global streaming productions across different types of programming. Established, strong relationships within the entertainment industry. Experience with productions for emerging technologies. Ability to work collaboratively with Litigation and Business Affairs to resolve content and production related disputes. JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

Preferred Qualifications


A mix of law firm and in-house legal experience managing teams across a variety of studio/network legal issues. Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects at a time. Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
