  • Stocking & Supply Chains: Monitor, audit, and restock office essentials, snacks, beverages, and specialty production consumables.
  • Logistics & Package Management: Oversee a high volume of daily shipping, receiving, courier coordination (e.g., Uber for Business), and prompt internal team notifications.

Vendor and Visitor Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, building management, local utilities, repair technicians (HVAC, electrical), and commercial cleaning crews.
  • Create and maintain a reference guide detailing office policies, access/locks, hours of operation, storage options, etc.
  • In LA, warmly greet and direct arriving guests, clients, and new hires, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Manage Favored’s subscriptions (e.g. Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Lark, and Uber for Business).

Business Operations & HR Support

  • Serve as the internal resident expert for our HR platform (Rippling)
  • Monitor daily office operational expenses, audit corporate credit card limits, resolve card issues, and drive the internal receipt reconciliation process.
  • Assist in coordinating staff onboarding and offboarding, including software access.

Special Projects

  • Support Favored events (e.g. special livestream shows), high-level meetings, including reserving space, catering and parking
  • Support setting up new offices/studios, e.g. ordering furniture, obtaining internet, interacting with landlords

  • Ability to manage multiple physical facilities across time zones without dropping the ball on daily local logistics.
  • Proficiency with corporate tech tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion); familiarity working with HR systems (e.g. Rippling) is a plus.
  • This is you:
    • The type of person who is unhappy and uncomfortable with messy, disorganized spaces.
    • Naturally make others – staff, talent, clients – feel welcome and comfortable.
    • Proactive mindset who spots issues and implements solutions without prompting
    • Comfortable communicating with landlords, elite brand clients, and corporate executives alike.
