Job Overview

POP MART is seeking a logistics specialist who is responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end logistics operations across both online and store delivery channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfillment and delivery. The role works closely with warehouses, logistics service providers, customer service, store operations, and other cross-functional teams to monitor logistics performance, resolve operational exceptions, track key KPIs, and identify opportunities for process and cost optimization. By leveraging operational data and continuous process improvement, the position supports a reliable logistics network and ensures a high level of service quality to both customers and stores.

What You Will Achieve:

1. Logistics Operations Management

  • Manage daily logistics operations across online channels, including e-commerce platforms, official websites, and mini-programs, as well as store delivery channels, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.

  • Monitor logistics service providers’ performance in terms of delivery timeliness, service quality, accuracy, and cost, and follow up on performance against established KPIs.

  • Support the optimization of logistics processes to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness.

  • Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers, and relevant internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics operations.

2. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Planning

  • Monitor the end-to-end order fulfillment process to ensure orders are picked, packed, shipped, and delivered within the promised timeframe.

  • Develop and coordinate delivery plans based on store requirements, inventory levels, order volume, and business needs to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts.

  • Track order and delivery status in real time and ensure logistics information is accurately updated and synchronized across relevant systems.

  • Coordinate with warehouses and logistics providers to ensure delivery tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

3. Logistics Exception Management

  • Monitor and handle logistics exceptions, including delayed shipments, lost or damaged packages, shortages, delivery failures, returns, exchanges, and customer or store complaints.

  • Coordinate with logistics providers, warehouses, customer service, and store operations teams to resolve exceptions promptly and minimize their impact on business operations.

  • Analyze the root causes of recurring logistics issues and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

  • Maintain accurate records of logistics exceptions and prepare regular exception reports and analysis.

4. KPI & Logistics Provider Performance Management

  • Track key logistics KPIs, including order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery rate, delivery accuracy, damage rate, exception rate, return processing time, and customer/store satisfaction.

  • Monitor and evaluate logistics providers’ performance against agreed service standards and KPIs.

  • Follow up on performance issues and coordinate improvement actions with logistics providers and internal stakeholders.

  • Identify operational gaps and provide recommendations to continuously improve logistics performance.

5. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

  • Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory information and smooth coordination between inventory, order fulfillment, and delivery operations.

  • Monitor inventory levels and turnover in relation to customer orders and store demand, and identify potential risks that may affect order fulfillment or store replenishment.

  • Coordinate with warehouses and logistics providers to ensure smooth handover and dispatch processes.

  • Support the resolution of inventory-related issues that may result in order delays, cancellations, or store stockouts.

6. Customer & Store Service Support

  • Work closely with customer service and store operations teams to address logistics-related inquiries, complaints, and service issues.

  • Provide timely logistics information and professional solutions to support a positive customer and store experience.

  • Support the development and communication of logistics policies and processes to relevant teams.

  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on logistics processes and exception handling when required.

7. Data Analysis & Cost Management

  • Regularly analyze logistics operational data, including transportation costs, delivery timeliness, fulfillment performance, exception rates, and service quality.

  • Prepare regular logistics reports covering KPI performance, exception analysis, cost performance, and improvement actions.

  • Monitor logistics expenses against budget and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement.

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support logistics decision-making and continuous improvement.

8. Logistics Systems & Process Improvement

  • Support the optimization and enhancement of logistics systems, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs.

  • Ensure accurate and timely logistics data updates across relevant systems.

  • Support the implementation of automation tools and digital solutions to improve order processing, delivery tracking, planning, and operational efficiency.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of logistics optimization initiatives.

9. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, store operations, warehouse, procurement, customer service, and other relevant teams to ensure logistics operations align with business requirements.

  • Support logistics planning for promotional campaigns, new store openings, business expansion, and other special projects.

  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure sufficient logistics capacity and smooth operations during peak periods and major business activities.

  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external logistics service providers to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, finance, data analytics, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, finance, data analysis, or related disciplines.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
