About Company:

Grow West MD is a community-centered, family-owned company dedicated to producing safe, high quality cannabis. We were established in 2017, Grow West brought the exciting possibilities of a new industry and new jobs to Western Maryland, by restoring an iconic factory and building greenhouse and grow space on nearly seven acres. The name Grow West not only means growing in Western Maryland but also to Grow Western Maryland.

Our Mission is to grow wholesome natural healing plants for the mind, body, and spirit.

About the Role:

The Open position is designed to provide a flexible and dynamic opportunity for individuals seeking to contribute to a variety of projects within our organization. The major end result of this role is to enhance team productivity and innovation by leveraging diverse skill sets and perspectives. Candidates will be expected to adapt to different tasks and collaborate with various departments, ensuring that all projects align with the company's strategic goals. This role will also involve problem-solving and critical thinking to address challenges as they arise. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Good attendance

• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software.
• Previous experience in a collaborative work environment.
