Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the parts department, including retail, wholesale, and internal parts sales Supervise, train, and motivate a team of parts counterpersons and support staff Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without overages or obsolescence Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and manage returns Establish pricing strategies and drive parts department profitability Collaborate with the service and sales departments to streamline internal processes Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Deliver excellent customer service to both internal technicians and external clients Other duties as assigned by management Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Full time position with growth potential Health, dental, and vision insurance.  Voluntary benefits.
