Job DetailsJob Location: Cumberland, MD 21502Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $44,770.00 - $56,582.00 SalaryPurpose: Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing programs that support all aspects of the grant requirements. Responsibilities: Prioritize and complete all Paycom responsibilities in a timely manner Plan, coordinate, and oversee program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and grant deliverables Oversee staff who have FTE on grant, if applicable Coordinate regular meetings and communications among partners Identify community needs and collaborate on initiatives to address health disparities Assist in grant writing and funding opportunities to support program sustainability Support initiatives that enhance rural and underserved areas Collect and analyze data related to program performance and impact Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting purposes Present findings to stakeholders and recommend program improvements Utilize systems to track program outcomes and prepare reports for funders and stakeholders Ensure compliance with grant requirements, budgets, and performance metrics Attend required/requested meetings, training courses and workshops Handle confidential and sensitive information with care and integrity Other duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience in program coordination, healthcare, or community outreach Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders Experience in creating and maintaining database information Interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability Accuracy in work performed with great attention to detail Experience in grant writing and compliance Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools Computer literacy skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps Ability to use written and oral communication effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Available to work evenings, weekends, and travel regionally as needed Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
