ServiceMaster Cleaning Specialists is currently hiring for a part-time, evening janitorial service provider in Cumberland, MD. The position would entail cleaning a financial institution on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday evenings after the business is closed. The cleaning typically takes approximately 3 hours to complete Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & 5 hours to complete on Friday.Â
Tasks include but are not limited to the following:Â
Damp-wiping and sanitizing flat surfaces, furniture, shelves, etc.Â
Emptying trash receptacles / replacing liners
Sanitizing and cleaning restrooms
Vacuuming carpeted surfaces
Sweeping and damp-mopping hard floor surfaces
Cleaning interior windows / ledges / blinds
High/low dustingÂ

Applicant Requirements:
Must have valid driver's license and be able to drive to each location independently
Must be willing to complete a background check
Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
