Description

We are looking for a bright, motivated individual to perform computer or 3D printing related tasks involving the fabrication of orthodontic appliances. Work requires a high degree of skill and precision while being able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly productive manufacturing environment. Proficient computer skills, understanding of computer networks, and the ability to visualize, manipulate, and work with 3D images is a must.


If you have experience utilizing CAD/CAM software like Netfabb, SolidWorks, or 3Shape this might be the position for you! Or, if you have experience using 3D printers at home, school, or work, we'd love to speak with you!


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma, GED equivalency, or currently enrolled.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent manual dexterity.
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to walk and carry parts, materials, etc. between departments.
  • Ability to see details at close range.
  • Proficient computer skills and understanding of computer networks.
  • Ability to visualize and work with 3D images.


Requirements

  • Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to understand orthodontic prescription and manufacture appliance per Doctor’s design.
  • Ability to manipulate 3D objects on computer screen.
  • Follow all safety requirements.
  • Ability to recognize, understand, and produce products that meet specific quality requirements for each area of assignment.
  • Ability to understand and apply procedures and work instructions for areas of assignment.
  • Ability to understand and follow requirements of the quality system procedure as defined in standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Ability to handle and dispose of hazardous waste following strict protocols and training guidelines, as needed.
  • Safeguard and protect confidentiality of company and patient information as defined by the company’s Confidentiality Agreement.
  • Understand and use personal protective equipment where required.
  • Understand how one’s performance can impact the success of the organization and product quality.
