TASKS:
Demolition of existing bath space, renovation work to include Bathtub, Shower, Flooring, Countertops, Tile, Shower Glass Door, Plumbing, Electrical;Â
Subcontractors provide own supplies (bolts, grout, etc), not materials (shower, tub, tile, fixtures, etc.);
Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction;
