Women's Imaging Specialists is hiring a full-time Bilingual Patient Appointment Coordinator for our Cumming, GA, Scheduling Department. We’re an elite women’s imaging organization with 18 locations and counting across GA & AL, focused exclusively on 3D mammography, breast ultrasound, and bone density.

What you’ll do:

• Handle high-volume inbound calls - Answer 40-50 calls/day from patients with empathy, verify info, and schedule all routine + diagnostic imaging exams 

• Own accurate data entry - Schedule in Infinitt + Doctor Connect, update insurance, notate special instructions, and document every call in the patient chart 

• Coordinate across 18+ sites - Understand custom scheduling requirements for each location and match patients to the right center 

• Support Spanish-speaking patients - Check Spanish voicemail, return calls, and translate for Billing when needed 

• Maintain patient flow - Call Worklist/Reschedule/No-Show patients during downtime to keep sites full and reduce delays in care • Train new team members - Have new schedulers shadow you for 1-2 days, then switch roles as they learn 


What you bring:

• Required: Fluent in English + 1 other language (Spanish strongly preferred; Portuguese or Hindi a plus) 

• Required: Exceptional customer service, positive attitude, and genuine love of people 

• Required: Detail-oriented with excellent data entry, typing, and ability to follow step-by-step protocols 

• Required: Proven attendance/punctuality + ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 

• Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams + willingness to learn Infinitt EMR 

• Required:  Associate degree in related discipline or equivalent, or High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of related experience in a physician’s office or call center 

• Preferred: Radiology/medical terminology, prior scheduling software, HIPAA knowledge
