At Limitless ABA, we know that the transition from RBT to BCBA is the most critical phase of your career. Many large companies offer "factory-style" supervision where you are just a line item on a spreadsheet.

We don’t believe in "putting kids in boxes," and we don’t believe in "checking boxes" for your supervision. We are looking for one or two dedicated Student Analysts who want to learn how to do ABA the right way—with heart, ethics, and intentionality.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing high-quality, ethical direct therapy (Ages 18 months to 8 years).
- Assisting BCBAs with assessments and treatment planning that honors the child’s dignity.
- Learning the "Limitless" way: Individualized care that meets families where they are.
- Allocating dedicated weekly hours to unrestricted tasks and exam prep.
- Preparing to become a founding BCBA at a company that values your sanity and your skills.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Master’s program for ABA or a related field.
- Current RBT certification in good standing.
- A passion for ethical, individualized care.
- (No minimum hour requirement—we hire for talent and values, not just "hours accrued.")
