Sonic Summary

We are seeking a trailer technician for our team in Mableton or Cumming, GA, offering a higher pay band for experienced candidates.
The position is open to both experienced technicians and trainees with good mechanical aptitude.
Candidates should have skills in replacing axles, wiring, welding, and trailer repairs, with Spanish speaking and DOT certification being a plus.
The role requires a strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Salary is competitive, with the potential for performance-based bonuses and a monthly tool allowance after six months of employment.

We are one of Georgia’s premier equipment trailer service and repair centers seeking a trailer technician for our team in either Mableton or Cumming, GA. This role can be either an experienced tech with many years of experience or a trainee position for someone with good mechanical aptitude. Higher pay band than stated for someone more experienced who can hit the ground running.

Skills required:

Replace and fit axles, bearings, brakes and hubs (3.5k, 5k, 7k, 8k 10k etc)
Wiring and electrical abilities including diagnostics (lights, 12V power, brakes)
Welding and Torching experience (mild steel / MIG, and some aluminum)
Repairing trailers (decking, fenders, siding, tongues / couplers, interiors, gates)
Spanish speaking a plus
DOT certified a plus

Other:

Creative mind for repair workarounds when needed
Amazing attention to detail and pride in work product
Will need to show evidence of reliability. On time. Every day.
Team player - willingness to work well with others in different teams.
Good customer relationship skills with a ‘can do attitude’
Ability to train others as the company grows
Monthly tool allowance provided after 6 months of employment
