The position requires six months of hospital experience or experience in related fields such as security or emergency services, with one year of college as a substitute.
Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of security and safety procedures, possess excellent communication skills, and have customer service experience.
Certification in Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) is required within three months of employment, along with BLS-Healthcare Provider Certification.
The work hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with weekend requirements, and the salary is competitive based on experience.

Responsibilities

Conducts activities to provide a safe and secure environment for Hospital patients, visitors, and employees. Required to interface with visitors, staff, physicians, patients and family members.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:1. Six (6) months Hospital experience or Security/Safety, Fire, Police, Military Police, Ambulance/EMT, or similar occupation. One (1) year of college may be substituted. 2. Must demonstrate complete knowledge and application of Security, Safety, or Law Enforcement techniques and procedures. 3. Must possess excellent public relation/customer service skills, and good written and oral communication skills. 4. Must either possess Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Certification or successfully complete the MOAB Certification course within three months of employment. 5. Must successfully complete BLS-Healthcare Provider Certification course, offered by the organization, upon hire.

Work Hours:

10:00pm - 6:30am
