What You'll Do

As a Residential Plumbing Technician, you'll diagnose plumbing problems, perform repairs, install plumbing systems, and provide homeowners with solutions that fit their needs and budget.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose residential plumbing issues
Repair plumbing systems and fixtures
Install water heaters (tank & tankless)
Perform drain cleaning and sewer repairs
Install water treatment and filtration systems
Complete repipes and plumbing replacements
Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
Educate customers so they can make informed decisions
Complete accurate ServiceTitan documentation
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training

What We're Looking For

Residential plumbing experience preferred
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Willingness to learn and improve every day
