Description


RF/Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer will work on transistor level IC design implementation for Apple Silicon in different technology nodes.

Minimum Qualifications


Minimum requirement of a bachelors degree.

Preferred Qualifications


Strong device physics knowledge as it applies to analog IC design. Strong track record of delivering silicon IPs with complete architecture, design, verification and validation experience. Solid understanding/experience in bandgaps, bias, opamps, switched-cap circuits, LDOs, low power oscillators, PLLs, VGAs, feedback and compensation techniques. In-depth knowledge and analytical understanding of mixed-signal design techniques. Experience in understanding top level verification methods incorporating block level schematics and behavioral models. Experience in C/Matlab/VerilogA/Python modeling. Hands-on experience in using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators to validate analog designs. Good knowledge of high precision techniques in presence of device mismatch. Understanding of data converter architectures and design trade-offs. Experience in working with production test engineers to produce test plans and design for testability details.
