Description


You will provide administrative support to Sr. Director/Director within SWE Programs and their Engineering Program Management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask, while working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. You will be self-motivated, proactive, maintain a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail. This is a demanding role that needs someone with flexibility, good judgment, great communication, and the ability to implement effective systems. You will have the opportunity to have meaningful impact, grow your skills, and have fun in this challenging and exciting role!

Minimum Qualifications


3+ years administrative and calendaring experience supporting Sr. Director or above, preferably in a high tech environment Experience providing calendar management, prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; making judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of professionalism. Ability to work successfully in a team environment, act as a trusted resource, and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group is critical. Detail-oriented and organized with experience coordinating travel logistics, managing bookings, and handling last-minute itinerary changes efficiently. Must possess a “can-do” attitude, be well organized, have acute attention to detail, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent follow through.

Preferred Qualifications


Proficiency with iCal, Mail, Keynote and other Mac OS/iOS based office systems a plus. Exercise good judgment, integrity and discretion at all times, especially when exposed to highly sensitive material and confidential information.
