In this role, you will act as a bridge between cutting-edge AI engineering and enterprise customer success. You will partner with cross-functional teams to help the world's leading organizations design, build, and deploy intelligent systems powered by machine learning and large language models (LLMs). Consult & Architect: Dive deep into our customers’ technical landscapes. Analyze their challenges, map out available technologies, and design thoughtful, actionable solutions that drive mutually agreed-upon outcomes. Build & Innovate: Maintain and enhance the Spatial Design Lab's technical infrastructure. You will build and deliver high-impact, hands-on demonstrations showcasing the latest in emerging AI and Spatial Computing capabilities. Evangelize Best Practices: Act as a trusted advisor to technical teams at leading global organizations, sharing expert guidance on the development, integration, and deployment of AI-powered enterprise applications. Lead with Empathy: Approach every customer interaction with deep curiosity, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to consistently deliver excellent outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience & Education: BS in Computer Science (or equivalent degree) and 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience. AI/ML Expertise: A proven track record of building AI-powered applications. You are highly proficient in leveraging LLMs (prompt engineering, fine-tuning), implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, deploying traditional ML models, and integrating the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Apple Ecosystem Mastery: Hands-on experience developing applications for Apple platforms using Swift, SwiftUI, and other core Apple technologies. Engineering Excellence: Strong software engineering fundamentals. You have shipped production systems and know exactly how to write clean, robust, reliable, and maintainable code. Agility & Communication: Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new concepts and tools, paired with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Enterprise Acumen: A broad understanding of common enterprise technologies, leading ecosystem solutions, and complex integration workflows. Design & Ethics: Familiarity with human-centered AI design and a strong grasp of responsible AI principles. Emerging Tech: A solid understanding of Mobile Computing and hands-on experience or strong interest in Spatial Computing. Masterful Storytelling: The ability to craft and deliver compelling technical narratives that drive understanding, build relationships, and win support for key initiatives. Drive & Autonomy: Passionate and self-motivated, with outstanding attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and impeccable follow-through in ambiguous environments.
