As a Barista/FOHA, you will play a rare role blending culinary arts with extraordinary service. You will be responsible for your espresso bar, health & safety standards, standards for speed, quality, and consistency with a high level of customer service and guest relations. Most significant of all, do you have a love for making a phenomenal espresso? We will teach you everything you need in our Barista training program where you will thrive with our hands-on trainers guiding you through our program designed to bring our knowledge to your unique style. This position is based on site.
Day to Day:
Provide excellent customer service
Creating and serving up tasty Coffee & Tea based drinks in a timely manner
Keeping counters clean and stocked -cleaning soda machines -brewing coffee for breakfast service -brewing tea for lunch service -answering customer questions -cutting lemons

路 We need to lift up to 50 pounds in the Caff猫

Requirements:
脗路 We look for talent with 1-4 Years of experience in customer service or high volume food service - preferably larger, innovative corporate programs, in house or 3rd party but may also be food & beverage experience in a full-service hotel, resort or multi-restaurant chain.
脗路 Extraordinarily Service Oriented - a demonstrable high level of customer service is absolutely mandatory
脗路 Dynamic and agile - highly organized, ability to switch between locations and job duties
Requirements:
Approved Food Handler's Card and non-slip shoes prior to first day of work
Education and Experience:
脗路 High School diploma or equivalent preferred
脗路 Basic level knowledge of health and safety rules
脗路 Extraordinarily Service Oriented - a demonstrable high level of customer service is mandatory
脗路 Dynamic and agile - highly organized, ability to switch between locations and job duties
