We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of the Camera & Photos (C&P) team, and to manage the C&P admin team. This position requires a self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the executive and take initiative to solve problems independently. In addition to being organized and analytical, you must possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people across multiple job functions and levels. Description


This role requires a high degree of flexibility, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving skills to effectively navigate shifting priorities and last-minute changes. As a master of planning and calendar management, you will play a critical role in orchestrating complex schedules, ensuring the executive’s time is efficiently managed and well-protected. Serving as the primary gatekeeper to the calendar, you will collaborate closely with executive assistants, project managers, and leaders across Apple and external organizations. Your support will be comprehensive and meticulous—ranging from daily calendar oversight and travel coordination to expense report submission, event planning (both business and social), and addressing a wide variety of day-to-day needs. Your ultimate goal: to ensure the executive is set up for success at all times. To thrive in this fast-paced, high-impact role, you must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and the highest level of discretion in handling confidential information. You are tech-savvy, proactive, and adaptable—always anticipating needs and staying one step ahead to keep operations running smoothly. A strong sense of professionalism, relationship-building expertise, and a genuine passion for what you do will be key to your success in this position. This role currently manages a team of admins supporting C&P. Manage, mentor and develop our team of administrative assistants. Set agendas, prepare content and run regular admin team meetings. Create and align team goals, foster career growth, foster innovation while keeping workloads realistic and manageable across the team. Regularly assess team member performance and provide ongoing feedback, coaching and guidance.

Minimum Qualifications


Minimum of 4+ years of EA experience supporting VP, SVP or C-level executives in a high tech industry. Qualified candidates should have at least 1-2+ years of experience managing a team. Experience managing highly complex calendars, with the ability to foresee and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively. Ability to work autonomously on assignments and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion, with the flexibility to adjust priorities on short notice. Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions. Excellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment. Ability to build collaborative relationships cross-functionally. Positive, proactive, and approachable personality.

Preferred Qualifications


Proficiency in Apple products including, Calendar, Numbers and Keynote Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and tact when interacting with senior executives and team members. Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a multifaceted environment. Experience planning, managing, and executing events. Possess a “can-do” attitude for all situations; no task too big or too small to handle. Ability to handle conflict appropriately, knowing when to delegate issues upward and when to apply common sense. AA or BS degree preferred.
