1. Must have very strong hands-on experience in developing, enhancing and maintaining enterprise-class websites 
2. Must have very good experience towards AI-driven software development approach specifically in using Claude AI for UI code generation & optimization
3. Must have very sound knowledge in evaluating AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and maintainability
4. Java experience: Including JavaScript
