Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.

Proven ability to operate as both a people manager and an individual contributor simultaneously — leading a team while directly owning high-priority programs. Strong track record of establishing clear PM expectations and holding teams accountable to fundamentals: meeting preparation, documentation, follow-through, and stakeholder communication. Experience managing complex, multi-workstream portfolios with numerous interdependencies, senior stakeholders, and high organizational visibility. AI Integration: Experience incorporating AI tools and capabilities into project and program management practices — including leveraging AI for planning, reporting, risk identification, or workflow automation. Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification. MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
