Description


In this role, you will specify, build, and validate capacitive sensors in new product applications, working cross-functionally with test, firmware, system engineering, and product operations teams. You will leverage your familiarity with product integration and manufacturing technologies to successfully implement sensors into high-volume consumer products. The ideal candidate will also bring direct experience with technologies such as capacitive touch sensors.

Minimum Qualifications


BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience Strong foundation in math, physics, and electrical engineering. Strong background in board-level analog and mixed-signal circuits and/or embedded systems, with hands-on experience in module-level design. Ability to independently drive technical issues to resolution and coordinate efforts across teams.

Preferred Qualifications


Experience in the architecture, design, characterization, and validation of sensing systems, including theory of operation, signal processing, and design trade-offs. Experience with manufacturing technologies relevant to sensor fabrication is a plus. Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools (MATLAB, SPICE), scripting languages (Python), and statistical analysis software (JMP). Cross-functional experience in a high-volume production environment, including a background in automation for test and characterization. Excellent critical thinking, data analysis, and logic/reasoning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
