Providence Medical Group is seeking a Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a highly collaborative, growing outpatient practice in Eureka, CA. In this role you will work closely with a pulmonologist to deliver exceptional respiratory care to a rural patient population in Humboldt County. Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program 
Compensation is between $142,325 and $169,617 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
