Providence Medical Group is seeking a Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a highly collaborative, growing outpatient practice in Eureka, CA.Ā  In this role you will work closely with a pulmonologist to deliver exceptional respiratory care to a rural patient population in Humboldt County.Ā  Ā This position offers an excellent weekday schedule and a plethora of benefits that will provide you with the opportunity to enjoy a healthy work-life balance in this beautiful Northern California coastline community.

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is providedĀ in accordance withĀ State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
